“Geoff is my loving husband of 12 years, daughter of four beautiful daughters, a brother, a son and much more.”
A tearful Tammy Meisner made a plea for her missing husband Geoffrey, Tuesday, alongside Kelowna RCMP.
“Someone somewhere knows something. They have to.”
“To be honest, this is a living hell,” says Meisner. “I’ve never experienced pain like this in my life. Every day I want to wake up and not have this nightmare happen to me and my family.”
The 33 year old West Kelowna man was last seen on Friday, Nov. 27th.
At that time, his wife dropped him off at Orchard Park Mall to pick up his truck he’d left there overnight. He said he was going to meet a friend for coffee.
Later that night, Meisner’s brand new Ford pickup was found abandoned in the parking lot of the Starbucks at Highway 97 and Leathead Road.
RCMP say an exhaustive investigation by their Serious Crime Unit has turned up some leads, but nothing concrete.
“We’re left with a disappearance that has a lot of mystery and inexplicable circumstances attached to it,” says Cst. Steve Holmes, Kelowna RCMP spokesperson.
Meisner is a mixed martial arts fighter who his wife says also sells protein supplements to earn a living.
Meisner’s mother and father have come to Kelowna from their home in Nova Scotia hoping for answers.
“If anyone knows anything, please come forward and bring him home for Christmas. Just bring him home,” says Joanne Meisner, his mother.
If anyone has seen Meisner, or has any information as to his whereabouts or disappearance, please contact the Kelowna RCMP Detachment at 250-762-3300 , or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
